Ainaras is a seasoned instructor with over 30 years of extensive experience in various styles of ballroom dance. He is a distinguished and multiple group dance champion on the ballroom scene. Ainaras brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to each class, ensuring that students not only learn the steps but also understand the artistry and technique behind each dance. Tea Time Dance organises afternoon tea dances twice a week in London, every Monday in Parsons Green and every Wednesday in Shepherds Bush. We have grown an amazing dance community and we would love you to join the fun.

If you are curious about learning to dance Ballroom and Latin or are just starting out, we run a weekly beginner group classes every Tuesday 12:45pm to 2:45pm at Shepherds Bush.
